I can't really pick one but I'd sayI spend the most time on Oblivion, Halo 3 multi, Fallout 3, Cronicles of Riddick Assault on Dark Athena and Final Fantasy XI

I have to say Mass Effect.Cause that is one of the best games on the 360 but its the only one i would give a 10 out of 10.
