All you get from the free DLC are some glasses, some boots and a slimming potion. You can meet the sub-owner in Bowerstone but to actually travel to Knothole Island you will need to buy the DLC. The clothing items are like 'previews' of the costumes that are available exclusively on Knothole Island.Fable 2 Free DLC question.
